Michael Pietrucha

Law Clerk, Senior Workplace Investigations Analyst

Michael PietruchaMichael Pietrucha is a third-year law student at Loyola University Chicago School of Law.  While his previous experience focused on criminal law, his current focus is healthcare law.

Having spent the last decade working in hospitals across Wisconsin and Illinois, Michael understands healthcare issues that impact employees particularly medical leave, HIPAA, Medicare coverage, regulatory compliance and financial analysis.

Additionally, while an undergraduate student, Michael worked alongside police detectives as an intern with the City of Joliet, Illinois Police Department. Michael understands criminal issues that arise in workplace investigations such as background checks, workplace theft and fraud.

As a law clerk, he contributes strong research and factual analysis to Pietrucha Law’s cases.
